FERDINAND HÖHN (SWITZERLAND)
Attended the Kunstgewerbeschule in Zurich and completed an apprenticeship as a reproduction photographer. Lives and work in Otelfingen, Zurich. Extensive journeys in the Mediterranean area influence his painting. The southern light, brightened shade, tropical heat, rich colours, the scent and the power of the sea. Stones, rocks, walls and the myriad hues of the water, the sand and where all these elements unite: on the rocky shores of the islands.
